General Instructions :

  1. If you require any of the listed home services on our website, please fill out and submit the "BOOK A SERVICE" form.
    Booking a service is absolutely FREE.
  2. A registered worker/consultant will connect with you at the earliest and visit your premises to provide the required service.
  3. You can track the status of your service request in the "TRACK SERVICE/APPOINTMENT" section of our website.
  4. A fixed visiting charge of Rs. 250/- is applicable for each worker visit. This amount is to be paid directly to the worker on-site.
    Service-related charges and/or the cost of required components will be quoted or communicated by the worker after assessing the work at the site.
    You are free to negotiate the pricing with the worker. Upon mutual agreement, the service can be carried out, and payment can be made on the spot.
  5. When the worker arrives, please verify their credentials using the "VERIFY WORKER" section of our website.
  6. The worker will deliver the required service to your satisfaction. After the service is completed, you are requested to confirm and close the request by submitting feedback and a rating for the worker in the "SERVICE CLOSURE AND FEEDBACK FORM" section.
  7. If you face any issues or concerns with the worker/consultant, you can raise a complaint through the "RAISE A COMPLAINT" section of our website.
  8. You may cancel a requested service through the "CANCEL SERVICE" section of our website.
    Note: Cancellation is only possible before a worker has been assigned.
  9. The Platform (A2Z-WORKS.com) and/or the Platform Owner shall bear no responsibility or liability for any acts, omissions, or obligations arising from the services rendered by the worker to the customer (or user). Any disputes, claims, or issues pertaining to the service or any related matter shall be resolved amicably and exclusively between the customer (or user) and the worker. The customer (or user) and the worker hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Platform Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to any third-party claims.
  10. We strive to provide you with quality workers who are disciplined, well-behaved, and polite.
    However, if you encounter any difficulties in dealing with a worker, please report it in the "RAISE A COMPLAINT" section of our website.
  11. In case of an emergency, please call our Helpline: +91-90609 26902.
    If the situation escalates and you require urgent assistance, please contact the local police immediately.
  12. Our workers and consultants are human beings, deserving of dignity and respect. We make every effort to support their livelihood and well-being. We kindly request that you treat them with the same respect and courtesy while availing their services.

GENERAL  INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the Process Instructions below:-

  1. Online registration for workers (consultants) is free.
  2. Please fill in all the details correctly; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your registration.

    While filling out the application, ensure that you upload photo files smaller than 10 KB. Larger files will be automatically rejected.

    You can shrink/reduce the file size using third-party sites such as:
    https://smalljpg.org/compress-jpg-to-10kb

    Note: Since we do not own these third-party sites, we are not responsible for any liability, harm, or damage arising from their use. The mention of these sites is for reference purposes only. User discretion is advised.

    Finally, submit the form. You will receive an acknowledgment email with all the details for your reference.
  3. You will receive a First Free Service Chance, which you can use to select a service and earn money.
  4. After successfully completing your first service, the customer will pay you the pre-negotiated amount.

    (This amount would have been finalized between you and the customer during your site visit.)

    The customer will then close the service on the website. Afterward, you can request the Customer ID from the customer and use it to provide feedback about them in the "WORKERS" section of the website.
  5. Once you have used your First Free Service Chance, you must recharge your Worker ID with additional Service Chances via the Recharge Module in the WORKERS SECTION.

    Upon successful recharge/payment, your Service Chances will be updated, allowing you to continue taking jobs.

    This process will repeat indefinitely for the entire duration of your association with us.
  6. You are required to download your Identity Card from the WORKERS Section and present it to the customer during every service visit.
  7. You can download Recharge Receipts for your reference from the WORKERS Section.
  8. You may also raise a complaint against a customer if they behave inappropriately. Our team will review the matter and take appropriate action.
  9. You can suspend a Service ID if the customer's mobile/phone number is incorrect or unresponsive. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
  10. You can check the status/validity of your Worker ID at any time. This will allow you to see your remaining Service Chances and decide when to recharge.
  11. Throughout your association with us and our customers, you are expected to maintain a calm, polite, well-mannered, and professional demeanor at all times.
